Default November 2, 2005 - Food & Exercise

Just the regular 10 hour workday. We're having a bit of Indian summer here
and I intend to take full advantage of it tomorrow. I'm taking a day of
vacation and hitting the bike trails.

Breakfast (work): oatmeal, protein powder and ground flax seed

Lunch (work): egg salad on whole wheat bread, 1/5 cup edible-pod peas,
salad (lettuce, chick peas, carrots, celery, cucumber, mushrooms and
croutons), 1.5 cups grapes

Mid-afternoon (work) mini Kettle Corn popcorn and diet Pepsi

Dinner (home): Boca burger on whole wheat bread with spicy mustard and
onion and 1/2 cup brussel sprouts

Snack (home): Diet root beer float (1 scoop ice cream)

Exercise: None

Total calories: 1325
Fat 48g 32%
Carbs 186g 47%
Protein 75g 22%
Fiber 39g

Enjoy your bike ride, Beverley -- sounds like fun!

I'm taking tomorrow off too, but just for mundane stuff like dentist
visit, haircut, and early workout because we're going out to dinner in
the evening.

It's Orville Redenbacher. It comes in the 94% fat free version, too! I've
gotten hooked on the Kettle Corn.
