Food & Exercise -- 4/11/2007
Another long work day. Made a quick supermarket stop after work, then
back to my room. Still no cardio today -- I'd thought I might run outdoors but it was pouring rain after work -- but did some strength work in my room. I've been keeping calories quite light for a few days. Tomorrow I'll eat more, as our audit team is planning to go out to an Italian restaurant (La Piazza in Troy) in the evening. Food: * 7:30 (hotel breakfast buffet): 1 1/2 scrambled eggs; 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 3/4 oz. peanut butter; 6 oz. orange juice * 10:45 (work, brought with me): small energy bar * 12:15 (work, brought with me and prepared there): 2 cups beef vegetable barley soup * 4:15 (work, brought with me): apple * 8:30 (hotel room): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup Totals: 1131 calories, 26g fat (21%), 130g carbs (46%), 92g protein (32%) Exercise: * throughout the evening -- during commercials & such: push-ups; one- leg rising from seat; chair dips; crunches; & the rest with exercise bands: flyes; rows; lunges; triceps pressdowns; overhead press; lateral & front raises -- plus some yoga stretches Chris 262/130s/130s |
