Default Question regarding water consumption.

If one drinks 3 litters of hot water a day, which is 2 times of what his
peers
consume, does it mean his kidney will last shorter than others?

Thanks.

Three liters is well within normal consumption of liquids, and you
don't "use up" your kidneys by drinking water.

Drinking 3 liters of water in one hour, or more than about 12 liters
a day can cause some serious health problems from flushing too much
sodium and potassium from your body.
