Why thank ya sir! I only wish it wasn't so cold here, that I could get out to
their home and visit. The roads are horrid, snow covered ice - which will more than likely remain until the temps rise (heaven only knows when). My kids aren't as frightened of the conditions as I am ... they are heading out to visit anyway. I'll continue patiently waiting, inside - where it's nice and warm. Thanks Nathalie! Yes, mommy and baby are doing wonderfully well. My daughter
said she was amazed at how good she has felt. Guess it makes a big difference carrying a baby to full term and not having rising blood pressure problems. Her first baby was a month premature and born with under developed lungs. They had to induce labor as her blood pressure had risen dangerously high. Now big brother is an entirely different story. G He doesn't understand why baby sister will not play with him. LOL Joyce On Tue, 27 Jan 2004 22:21:06 +0100, "Nathalie W" wrote: Oooooh congratulations on the birth of your new granddaughter! Thanks PR! Mommy and daughter are feeling great, happy little campers. G No
complications at all, were home from the hospital very quickly. I did tell daddy to watch out though. He has great experience with baby boys - had to warn him that baby girls change all the rules. He called the other day to tell me how right I was ... those heartstrings are being tugged already. Big brother now has some adjusting to do. She'll hang around till you can visit. It was 53F here yesterday but
poured all day - ALL DAY. It was 46F at 3,000 feet in the mountains yesterday and raining there, too. You may see spring yet. On Fri, 30 Jan 2004 11:17:24 -0600, Joyce wrote: Why thank ya sir! Yup, not much else for her to do other than hang around. G You don't know how
much I envy you your 50+ temps. Yesterday and today were -10 when daughter left for school - and that is without windchills. They were predicting a high of 5 today, probably hit it somewhere but certainly not my town. I think we may have made it to 2F. It's cold, cold, cold! The roads are horrid, yet we haven't had much snow. We had a lot of light flurries ... salt dumped quickly to melt the mess. Problem was that the bottom dropped out of the temps, thus freezing the melted goop, and the flurries kept coming down on top of the frozen stuff. Makes for some rather messy and dangerous traveling. I decided to just stay home yesterday, but sonny boy had to make the trek home from school ... said it was NOT fun. Roads were better today, had to venture out to the dr. with the hub. I'm hoping spring will be here soon. February is right around the corner! G Joyce On Fri, 30 Jan 2004 10:36:33 -0800, Fred wrote: She'll hang around till you can visit.
