My "diet" is cookies and chocolate and I actually losing weight onit
Al Bundy once said that we should live like the mighty cockroach. Look
what they eat, and they can survive a nuclear war! I would like to know why my "diet" actually causes me to lose weight. Due to a condition I had since early childhood, eating has been difficult for me. So, my doctor (I see him every six weeks) said he does care what I eat at the moment, as long as it's something. So what do I eat all day? Cookies, chocolate, potato chips, maybe a couple slices of bread, gummies. Maybe, a couple times a week, I may have some meat, a few days a week I'll have a serving or two of fruit. What do I drink? Kool-aid. (Artificial sweetener, though.) Ice cream once in a while. 1 1/2 cup serving or so. When I do eat meat, it's baked chicken (skin on of course) usually though sometimes fried, or fried hamburger. Potatoes? Only French fries (or coward fries I guess they should be called). Over the course of this "diet", I've lost 40 pounds! Health? I just had blood work done. I'm healthy as a horse. My cholesterol is 143. HDL is 71 and LDL is 72. Yes, my "good" cholesterol is actually higher than my bad cholesterol. My weight is currently 125 lbs. I'm not saying this to brag. I'm actually wondering why such a high-calorie diet actually causes weight loss. Could it be that calories itself is not the sole cause of weight gain, but that calories must work in conjunction with a binding agent in order to turn into fat? Are we so "health conscious" in our eating that we have eaten ourselves into a losing game? Would "diets" actually work better if we didn't concern ourselves with starvation or denial of what we actually want and...apparently...need? Thoughts? |

You sound like an extremely stupid person. Every day you eat this crap diet, your body is being degraded and prematurely aging. Have fun with your terrible health. |
