Maintenance requires changing habits to keep the lose permanent. That said, fasting once per week is probably good for longevity. So it might be a good idea independent of loss. |

For nearly every diet based on a book it says to drink water. If you follow that part of the directions there is a chance you are following all or most of the directions. Since decades or work go into any of the popular diet books they all work if you follow the directions. The problem is the books all contain some parts that are not obvious or that go against expectations so folks don't want to follow those parts of the directions. You are replying to a spammer.
