Back to meeting suprise; not realy!
I returned to meetings on Saturday and did an official weigh-in, so
ignore any previous claims of a weight goal. Don't know why I was so surprised at how much I gained. But at least it will be easy to track for goals. 300# Ouch! The same person is doing the meetings. Nice enough, but I will go nuts, I know the only person I have any power to change is myself. Sadly, for now, this is my only option. Maybe once I reach goal and meet the rest of the requirements I could do a take over (a coo! (sp.)). Na, I will focus on me any my goals. * I need to look at what works for me and what doesn't. * My triggers * My excuses * Exercise * Water * Pre-Planning ( I tend to get caught off guard because I don't plan) ** Most of all, tracking my points and not cheating ** I guess this is enough to keep me busy for the next five minutes. Happy "Mothers Day" to all this applies to. Ralph 300/300/270 |

He is posting from Japan and has basically been in charge of his program so he is counting calories but with the same principles as WW. If you can find a local support group, a few friends who are following the same plan, it can be as good or better than going to the meetings with a leader who does not inspire you. I really think planning is everything. I just returned from Mother's Day brunch. I eat a lot less than I used to and am satisfied. I have already planned grilled shrimp with 1/2 cup of rice, fresh green beans and perhaps a salad for dinner. Planning is super important. Audrey |

Get to goal and get hired ! Why not? It's not so much a coo, as giving the
other members another option, if the other leader is real good, you'll have to work hard, if not, you better be ! ;op I love being a leader, and we need more guys out there to cut down the chick talk ! ;op Will~ wrote in message ups.com... Give it your best Ralph~!............don't think of any food being a "cheat"
or "taboo". You need to live in the real world and just try to make good choices. It's all about you being in control and planning ahead. You'd be amazed at how planning ahead will help you attain your goal and make things seem easy. We're here to support you!......if your leader doesn't inspire you, then you should look for another meeting. Hang in there...............you can do this!
