Motivation game Report for 5-17-06
I didn't make it, by choice, but still!
1- Earn at LEAST 2 APs (doesn't sound like much but with my hurt back it ain't easy !) no roll overs! Did 20 minutes cardio high intensity, weights and mat work for 40 minutes (non stop) 2- Track every morsel of food and drop of drink that comes my way. I had a cooking class last night, so I tracked everything until the class. I didn't track or count last night and marked it as my meal off (i do one every 2 weeks or so) 3- Stay within my points (counting flex pts, I've got a life see?) I was whithin my pts until the class but no. 4- Follow at least 6 of the 8 good health guidelines ! All 8 of them! All in all a good day! no reward because of my meal off, but that was a choice and I'm happy with how it turned out. Class wasn't all that great though... / Not worth the meal off or the money. Will~ |
