Default My oops :(

yesterday I ate breakfast: two eggs,
coffee
Lunch two chicken pieces SMALL!
Supper was cheese burrger
diet pepsi

snack SF jello w/cool whip
cheese slice

Here is the WHY to write this, I goofed up last night and I promised
myself that I WILL come here and 'tell' each time that I do this. after
not sleepng I again went to my kitchen and looked for 'something' bu
told my self no. Than I reasoned "it is almost Cristmas eve plus the day
, so WHY NOT? " I proceeded to eat low carb ice cream (about 1/2 cup)
than sf jello with cool whip. Rats, I didn't WANT to fall into old
patterns. So now I've lost 6 lbs from the 6 I had gained . But I need to
watch it with my OLD PATTERNS!
Today is good so far. Oh, I'm doing low carb .

I don't see a problem with LC ice cream on a low carb diet. The only
questionable part is the nighttime eating. I'm not sure you can control
something like that. I guess I am fortunate that my appetite switches off
at night.

This doesn't sound like teribly bad stuff to eat. But I suspect
you're eating when you're not really hungry, because you are having
trouble falling asleep and feel like indulging yourself. My approach
in such a situation is to take a warm bath and then curl up with a
junky magazine. Maybe you could think of something similar that you
enjoy that doesn't involve food :-).

If you weren't hungry then grab something to read to put you to sleep.
If you were hungry, make sure you only nibble to satisfy the hunger and
not make a meal of it to feel full.
