Default My breakfast

I just made breakfast..

2 small FF tortillas (1 pts)
2 TBSP chili sauce
2 slice FF turkey deli meat (I know nitrites but...) (1 pts)
1 cup salad (my DH made a huge lettuce and cut up everything salad yesterday
with lots of cilantro MMMM)
1/2 cup egg beater (1pts)
salt pepper chili powder to taste

1 slice of turkey on each tortillas
1 TBSP chili sauce on each
divide the salad between the two
Cook egg beater with salt, pepper and chili powder (scrambled)

sprinkle scrambled egg over tortillas n stuff

It's too full to be a "wrap" it's more like a tacos... heheh

MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'm full! 3 pts!
Of course I had my hug coffee with a WW smoothie (chocolate) 1 pts

Breakfast 4 pts,
1 serving whole grain
about 2 serving of veggies (more cut up than lettuce)
2 servings of proteines
1 serving of milk (smoothie)

Also had 2 cup of water and vitamin supplement so far !

Worked out 80 minutes (with the walking around my huge gym probably more
90!)

It's not good to eat too much of those lunch meats, there's chemicals in
them that aren't good for you.

I understand perfectly, I have the same type of schedule-- or had.
Read my post "Last Night and the Aftermath" and you will see why I
suddenly will have more time available.

I did, see ? Working out is much safer and better for you than delivering
pizzas !!!
