Default loss of man/weight

Well you know the old jokes about losing a man, you lose (insert man's
weight here) overnight?
Well while my hubby is still living here, I did tell him I not longer wished
to be married to him. I told him we should give it six months and see where
we are at.

Well I have been stalled in my weight loss since January. Maintaining of
sorts, bouncing up and down between 121-127
Suddenly since I told hubby my decision I have gone down from that bouncing
range and lost a few kgs below it also to my now lowest weight so far during
my journey.

Let hope it is due to my releif and because I have released one pushed down
issue to my freedom.

Obviously I hope it continues and I hope whatever the end result is that
things work out the best way the can and should in all this.

I hope that the trend also continues for you.
And I certainly like your attitude.. in hoping that the end result is
that things work out the best way they can and should".

Congrats on both the weightloss.. and your new 'lighter' vision of the
future.

Well, THAT must have been a promising discussion. Do you want it to
work, or do you just want to wait and see? I recommend you ignore
practically everything you hear in this discussion group on that
topic, and the two of you go to get professional help if you want it
to work.

Good luck on that, as well as the LCing!

It was promising actually. Hubby actually sat still, shut up and listened
for a change. He also actually got the point right off instead of me having
to repeat myself for so long that it causes more problems and drags on for
more years.

As for professional help, I have that in place. As for ignoring what is said
in here, well I take it, chew it and spit out the crap :-) There is actually
some good '****' in this group LOL

Good luck on that, as well as the LCing!

Thank you.
