Low-carb dieters eat more calories and still lose weight

Calories mean squat. Check out this story:

low-carbohydrate diets can actually eat more than folks on standard
lowfat plans and still lose weight."

Now, if this is correct then it completely throws the calorie theory
out the window, doesn't it?


Low carb means less insulin.
Insulin is what makes you fat.
There are a lot of people who don't want to know this simple fact.
