Default Sweet & Sour Sauce

I made a good sweet & sour sauce last night. It's pretty simple and
easy to make. I didn' use exact measurments, so mix to your tastes.
The ingredients are Smuckers SF apricot jelley, Heinz LC ketchup, soy
sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and sesame seeds. Mix it together and
cook it down on top of chicken or pork. If you want it sweeter, you
can add a bit of Splenda. It reminded me of the sauce I use to eat in
Chinese restaurants.

And before you-know-who pipes in with their "please look at me"
motivated comments, YES THIS *IS* LOW CARB!

Thanks, Scott, that looks great! Now to find some of that LC ketchup. My
local grocery store is so weird in what they do and do not carry. They
already have the Dreamfields pasta, but no LC ketchup. Dang.

Safe to say this would not be for induction, but should be great for OWL and
those using somewhat higher-carb levels.
