Woohoo, I love the whoosh fairy
I had a fantastic weigh-in this week. Down 1.5kg, 3.3 lbs. Woohoo :-)

great news, either you were consuming more than you thought or you have

I've started again getting busy in evenings.. mainly I do word puzzles...

I think It's a mix of not consuming as much and shaking things up. Whatever it is, it seems to be working so I think I'll stick with it. Now I just need to concentrate on getting in as much exercise as I should. Oops, just noticed I forgot to change my sig. I'm not a big daytime eater, never have been really. I often eat mindlessly in the evenings out of boredom though, so I'm making sure I keep busy now. I've spending a lot of time on msn and in a chatroom, hanging out with friends. The conversations move so fast that I don't have time to eat...lol... It's also helping with my water intake.
