Default I am starting a business

Hi all,
I am writing a new life-coaching piece of software; essentially a life
organiser that will also include diet functionality - amongst other things.

I'm still trying to keep the details quiet for now however I would
really appreciate it if you could take a small survey so I know whether
to target that piece of software to desperate dieters (like me) or if I
should leave that aside for now and work on other life-coaching aspects.

It will only take a couple of minutes, the link is
http://www.openshadow.com

Just click on "Take the survey" link, I would really appreciate it, thanks!

I will email the results of the survey some time in the future, so if
you like the sound of it, you can subscribe to the newsletter, too.

Alex

Alex, let me explain something to you. We're all making a living
somehow. But this is a social situation, not unlike hanging at a pub or
maybe at a funeral (depending on the newsgroup.)

Would you start coming up to people at a funeral and giving them your
business spiel and suggesting they come help you with your product?

The same rules of etiquette apply here. The bandwidth would be chewed
into uselessness if everyone were to try to make a quick buck off of
usenet newsgroups. It doesn't work. It doesn't make you a buck, and it
just kills the groups.

Don't spam us.

Spamming wasn't my intent, especially considering that I'm not selling
anything. At least not yet and not for a few months.

Anyway I apologise if I offended any of you, I just wanted to know what
people were after, and the best way to do it is is just to ask.

So, sorry again.
