Nutrition info tracker for PalmOS?
Hello,
I am trying to find a program for a Palm OS PDA that would let me define a "meal" consisting of various "food items", and have it track the nutrition info for each item preferably seperately (calories, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sugars, protein, etc.) I then want to be able to export this on my desktop computer and fuss around with it in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. For example... If I were to define my favorite combo meal at a resturant, I want to be able to just say in the program that I ate "combo #4" and have it just know what this consists of automatically from my predefined list. But, I also want to be able to say that I ate, for example, a sandwich without the pop that normally is included... without having to define the sandwich nutrition info twice. Any ideas? Thanks, Jeff |

Thanks, Jeff healthetech.com calorieking.com Yes. When I searched a few months ago CalorieKing.com had the best program, though it takes a lot of discipline to use it daily. But if you do use it you're bound to lose wieght. Adam -- jmk in NC |
