Now I just need to start working on some reshaping of this body.

Before picture -
http://friendsoffuzzies.com/pictures/PB220001.JPG I
was at about 145 lbs, which is HUGE on my not quite 5 foot frame. At
a size 12 pants.

6 months later

After picture- http://friendsoffuzzies.com/pictures/dalekris29.jpg
Now I'm at 103, size 1 (this was taken last night...me and the
husband on our way to see Steve Miller in concert so much fun!!)

Congrats on reaching your goal.

IMHO, I think you looked better at 145. You looked happy, now you look
drawn. I guess I say this b/c for someone like me who is around 350
pounds, 145 would be actually too skinny for me. Im supposed to weight
150 but I think a little meat on the bones is more attractive so I
would settle for 200. Do you see how I think you looked fine before?
LOL!!!

Hi, Kristine,

Thanks for your post. I am about 5 lb away from my goal, and having
very tough time getting them off. I was even thinking of giving up
and moving my maintenace up by 5lb. But you just gave me that little
push to go and get it.

Thank you!
Elana

You can do it. You might not lose as fast, and you may need to up the
exercise and count the calories. But keep positive and don't let it
seem hard. You want it to be as easy as posible mentally, so you can
stay on track...hehe now hopefully that is what I'll do myself.

You've done a lot of work. Good job. :-)
As for reshaping your body, may I suggest some weight training and
some good foundation garments? ;-)

Definately convinced on the weight training..thanks to all of you who
reccomend it so often. I need to target I think. I carry 40 lb loads
daily up and down stairs...so I'm doing my fair share now without
choice. But that is not targeting the area's that ...well uhm...need
the help.

foundation garments? Aaaaaa it would need to be from the neck to the
thighs!!! But in this 100 degree weather we've been having I'd be
insane. lol
