Definately convinced on the weight training..thanks to all of you who
reccomend it so often. I need to target I think. I carry 40 lb loads
daily up and down stairs...so I'm doing my fair share now without
choice. But that is not targeting the area's that ...well uhm...need
the help.

foundation garments? Aaaaaa it would need to be from the neck to the
thighs!!! But in this 100 degree weather we've been having I'd be
insane. lol

Thank you. Have been doing Pilates for several months.

I'm thinking now that I'm where I should be on weight..if the pilates
will now make more of a difference. As a guess, I'm thinking while
losing weight, it was difficult to build any muscle...so hopefully now
it can happen.
