Why can't you get back into shape? Because you don't eat right, exercise,
and you just plain don't want to yet. Come back when your ready to get real
with the program. I'm disabled from a flying accident, have much pain while
walking and exercising, but realized I was going to either lay down and die,
or do something about it. So I decided to do something about it and started
by walking to the end of the block, awhile later made it around the block,
graduated to a mile, then two, then three, and now walk four miles per day
and spend an hour a day using a stairclimber or elliptical machine. I cut
the junk food out of my life and eat healthy now. I've lost 96 pounds in
under 7 months and feel like if I can lose the weight then anyone can. Even
you CAN, it's just that you want to eat wrong and not exercise more than you
want to lose the weight.

When your ready to get REAL then welcome back to this newsgroup.

Just for the record, a woman I knew told me yesterday, "You've lost
a lot of weight!"

I'm not going to waste my time with trolls, so if you're intent on

I really am not a troll, nor am I disaster. I am a successful person
in iife, who just wants to get back down to the pants size I should be
