Week 10

... The pre-programmed nutrition facts don't usually agree with the USDA or food label figures. Do you think FitDay PC handles these issues better? I hadn't really done a comparison between FitDay's pre-programmed nutritional info and the USDA. I've been entering everything I eat as new "custom" foods and put in the nutrition info from the food labels. That way I know for sure, and get away from the dilemma of dealing with generic info. - Dewolla Stepon 268/239/199 |

Week 10
That is awesome!! It is great to see that you are still losing!!
"Dewolla Stepon" Yay! Just completed week 10 of my diet and I've attained one of my mini-goals. The diet software I'm using is no longer calling me obese! Now it says I'm overweight! - Dewolla Stepon 268/239/199 |

Week 10
I have to get down to 203 to get out of the obese category, as I am 5'9.25".
ARG... so close yet so far away... 284/209/199/??? 75 lbs lost!! "Paul" Congratulations on getting out of that obese category. I had to get down to 211 to get out of the obese to overweight category. You must be taller than me, I'm 5'11". Keep up the great work of losing the weight and you'll get to the normal category before you know it. Take care, Paul 300/203/175 |
