Default Food & Exercise -- 3/23/2004

Food:

7:30 (driving to offsite conference): ready-to-drink protein shake

9:45 (break food at conference): 1/2 cup mixed fruit; 1/4 bagel

12:15 (conference lunch buffet): 1 cup tossed salad w/ 2 tbsp Italian
dressing; 1/2 sandwich w/ 2 oz. tuna on small wheat roll; 1/2 sandwich
w/ 2 oz. chicken breast on white roll (ate about half of the roll)

5:15 (during workout): creatine

7:30 (driving home): energy bar

9:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

Totals: 1443 calories, 32g fat (20%), 171g carbs (103%), 109g protein
(30%)

5:00 p.m. -- Exercise:

Shoulder warmups

Sets of 1 power snatch followed by 1 classic snatch: 3x15kg/33lbs;
2x17.5/28.5; 2x20/44; 3x22.5/49.5

Sets of 3 power cleans followed by 1 jerk: 1x22.5/29.5; 2x25/55;
2x30/66; 2x35/77 (but with just 2 cleans the first time and 1 clean
the 2nd)

Back squat with split jerk from behind on arising from the squat:
2x3x15/33; 1x3x20/44; 2x3x22.5/49.5; 2x3x25/55; 1x2x30/66

30 minutes boxing lesson
