Default Back to the gym

I finally did it. Rejoined the gym this morning and did 20 minutes on the
cross trainer. Not much by my old standard but at least I'm back at it. What
would have been an easy workout a year ago was really hard.
Oh well. Onward and upward. Just not on the scale.

It gets better. I spent most of the summer with a severe sinus
infection that kept me out of the gym. When I finally got back I
thought I would never get my strength and endurance back - but
perseverence paid off and I'm back to full speed. Kudos for
re-joining. You won't regret it.

Thanks for the support. I 'm just going to remind myself that when I was 350
I couldn't even walk a block without sitting down.
