anyone tried ediets in the uk?

I did, it's fairly good if you life being told what to eat it
generates menus and all, so if you follow all the instructions it might work for you. It's also got some resources for diets, etc. I suppose it's not bad. I gave up since, because it didn't for me, but I think you can run a free trial and see if you like it anyway... |

are the foods actual meals - you know 1 Birdseye something and 2 frozen

I did it about 2 years ago, maybe it has changed but at the time, it
told you what the meals were, and you could click on the details to see the full recipe - yes you had to cook most meals from scratch (with some rare exceptions). I liked the fact that it gave you a full food shopping list for the week, based on the recipes, though! |
