i had around 170 grams, a little too little. It was tomatoes and spring
onions in a bulgur salad.

Oh, i forget. i had tomato sauce + pasta for lunch. So actually I must
be around 400.

I made an Indian feast last night for myself and my bf. I marianted
Tomba tuna steaks in a curry & yogurt sauce with fresh mint and I also
made a very spicy veggie & curry dish with potatoes, onions, garlic,
carrots, cauliflower and green beans called Sabzi Bhaji.

I served those with Naan bread from Wholefoods. For dessert, I peeled
and cut a mix of fruits, using strawberries, mango, papaya and flakes
of unsweetened coconut.

I served dessert with spicy Indian tea. Everything was wonderful.

Martha
