Food & Exercise -- 5/25/2005
A typical Sunday -- went to the gym with DH, then out for a casual
meal -- home the rest of the day. Food: * 8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese * 12:00 (home): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole wheat bread, 57g Healthy Choice ham, 2 slices f/f cheese, mustard * 4:00 (restaurant): salad w/ 1 cup romaine, 1/2 tomato in chunks, 2 oz. asparagus, 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, 2 tbsp f/f Asian vinaigrette * 6:00 (home): snack-size peanut butter cup * 8:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat English muffin w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup Totals: 1261 calories, 37g fat (26%), 100g carbs (32%), 127g protein (40%) Exercise: 2:00 -- 5K on treadmill, in repeating pattern: 5'15" at 6.2 mph, then walking at 2.0 mph until heart rate falls below 120 -- took 34'31" Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
