Hi there,

I was thinking of signing up to the weigh****chers online program so I can
keep track of my intake and exercise output.

Has anyone got any feedback on the Online thingy?

My wife uses it and likes it. Not sure on the in's and out's of it though.

She signed me up for e-diets which I like. They will build a meal plan for
you.

I also saw these two free things in searchs and bookmarked them, although I
have not used them

http://www.fitday.com/

http://www.sparkpeople.com/

Maybe someone can give us a review of these.

SparkPeople is awesome (and free!). I love it. I encourage you to take a
look at it!
