You and the rest of the fat bashers are just miffed because she blows
away the stereotype that people can't be fit and fat. This lady is a
hero in the fat acceptance movement and for good reason.

Are you being sarcastic? As someone said before, she literally probably
eats food that is heaver than the weight she is lifting. What's next?
Infection acceptance? How about laziness acceptance... wait... that is fat
acceptance, NM.

I'm waiting for murderer acceptance. I don't think we have enough
compassion for the misunderstood souls that like killing other people.

It's been cross-posted to misc.fitness.weights. I suspect that
everyone here can do better.

You and the rest of the fat bashers

I'm not a fat basher. I don't need bringing others down to feel better
about myself, but...

are just miffed because she blows

....she's not fit. She's barely able to walk. She's close to what I'd
describe as being a cripple, and I knew cripples who were less
restricted in their life than she is by the fat she has to carry with
her everywhere she goes.

This lady is a
hero in the fat acceptance movement and for good reason.

This she might be, but she's not fit.

How about armed robbery acceptance. These poor folks are simply
trying to make a living and have what everybody else has.
Shouldn't they be allowed to withdraw money from the bank as the rich
working folks do?

Anyhow it is probably the "mystery gene" that makes them be robbers.

Murder, robbery and obesity. I'm really surprised that you didn't
decided to shoot smokers. Yet.

I saw this program when it aired on CNN. The BBW[sic] in the video
truly believes that she is fit. It's definitely not the conventional
definition of fit.

She's functioning, but doubtful that she's "fit".
And she is probably harboring many other health problems within those
folds of fat.

I was doing 3.5 miles on the treadmill everyday when i was fat (60
pounds overweight). So I guess i was fit in terms of cardio, but I
still felt fat.

At what speed and did you add any elevation?

I don't want to get into a cock measuring contest with someone who, if
they had one, probably couldn't find it under the belly flap.

But, suffice to say: I have a gym membership at work. I use it five
times a week. I do Hi Intensity Intervals for 20-30 minutes 2-3 times
a week. I do circuits of free weights 3 times a week. I do ab moves
that would prove to be an engineering problem for someone as out of
non-round shape as the woman in this video at least twice a week. I
walk (not waddle) 10K steps a day, pretty much every day, and since
I'm tall, that works out to just a shade under 6 miles. And, if you
look at what she's up to, I do a similar move to her free weight move,
only with dumbbells that are roughly 10 times heavier. Granted, I have
a testosterone advantage (though you claim, without any backing, that
my testosterone should be down since I've lost 40 lbs (and 38 of
fat)), but still, I can say, with a straight face, and no
exaggeration, that I can "do any better". In fact, a lot better. And
I'm not even really in shape, yet.

Of course she's a hero in the 500+ set. She can get out of bed and
waddle around. Amazing. Just because you're a hero to a section of the
population doesn't mean there's anything wonderful about you. Hitler
is a hero to White Culture Preservation Societies all around the US.
And even Dr. Chung has some kind of following.

Get real BBW. I don't care if you want to be overweight and think you
are healthy. But take your crazy someplace else. ASDLC has plenty of
homegrown talent.

Go after the original brain cell that posted this cross post. You know
how to do that don't you? You start by acknowledging my one-fingered
peace sign aimed at you, then you get your head out of your ass.

I love people who can't think for themselves. When are you going to
stop swallowing propaganda and get a life?

Hey Yeah!! Next time I'm on a 600km hilly bike ride, she can come
along too - would be fun to watch.

She'd leave you in the dust.
