Default feeling down......

weighed in today and my weigh is up to 138lba since the weekend. I have
been eating so so but last night for some reason I was really hungry and
couldn't stop eating. So today I have set a cut off time of when I have to
stop eating by and it's 7 30. I have been feeling down all day about my
weight because it just won't budge no matter what.
So I am making a series of changes. (not sure exactly what yet will be
sitting down to figure that out.) I know the areas I need to work on and am
starting with the easiest ones first. or I guess in thi case the hardest
ones. I also haven't had any diet coke since Monday afternoon. Which for me
is a good thing. Anyway, today i'm doing okay with my eating but only
because i haven't had much of an appitite(not sure of spelling) okay will
keep you posted on how I am doing as the week goes on.

Start weight 138lbs
start date June 2/04
goal to be at 125lbs by July 21/04 (doctors appointment about my face)
recommitment to no sugar May 31/04
3 days so far with out it and two days with no caffiene the headaches have
started and so have the withdrawls.
Have a good night

It could still be water weight from the wedding. Hang in there.

These things happen. I think that it's good that you are trying to move
forward from this.

So today I have set a cut off time of when I have to
stop eating by and it's 7 30.

That works really well for some people. For others, myself included,
that makes no difference. For me the cutoff is when I'm out of budget,
well, I'm out! It's not always easy but sometimes (fairly often
actually), I'm not that hungry for breakfast and lunch but I am hungry
after 4 pm. I typically end up eating about half of my calories before
dinner and half at dinner and with a night time snack (so basically 4
meals). I suspect that varies a lot from person to person though and I
think that the 7:30 cutoff that you mentioned is a great starting point.

I have been feeling down all day about my
weight because it just won't budge no matter what.

Hang in there. Be sure to drink plenty of water too.

That's great. I have not cut out diet soda 100% but I try to only have
about one a week.

Which for me
is a good thing. Anyway, today i'm doing okay with my eating but only

I look forward to hearing more about your progress!
