I've lost 5 pounds since last Saturday. I had a bad slip Tuesday (2 hot
dogs, 2 cones of real chocolate ice cream) Wednesday I went back on strict induction I think I'm going to stay on it for awhile. |

I had a bad slip Tuesday (2 hot dogs, 2 cones of real chocolate ice cream) Wednesday I went back on strict induction I think I'm going to stay on it for awhile. I cheated due to a birthday. I know.. I didn't have to, but did anyway just to enjoy my sons birthday. Been on strict induction too for a couple days. Havn't dropped any weight yet, soon hope to see the whoosh though. Then back to what my CCLL is, 40 carbs a day. Probably by midweek. Concentrating on not slipping for awhile. Its becoming a habit I don't like. Good for you, 5 pounds is impressive!! |

Had too much of the cake, ice cream, chips, the bun for the hotdog, the baked beans. Asked my other son, whos birthday is this coming week (he turns 14) what he wants for his birthday dinner. He wants spagetti, salad, garlic bread. Will make it, but just having the salad myself. Been cheating and slipping too much lately. Got it in my brain that I am not going off plan anymore. At least until I drop to 190. Been gaining and regaining the same weight over and over. Tired of it. My next goal is going below 200. With 190, and if I cheat then I will stay below 200 at the least. |

My husband and I are going out to enjoy one piece of cheesecake and then watch a movie. I'm going to skip a meal to budget for the calories. Disclaimer: and I don't mind repeating it, I use low-carbing to primarily control my appetite overall, not because I think carbs are evil and ruin some magic that a low-carb diet has. Why not buy yourself a spaghetti squash, and have some while they are having
their pasta? I don't have any ideas for the garlic bread, but at least with the squash you'd feel like you were "participating"... HTH! My friend's birthday is tomorrow but no cake for me. I want to hurry up
and get under 300 pounds. I can't remember how long it's been since I was in the 200's. |
