This week's meal plan
You're right, James, about the imcompleteness of the list. Let's wait
for Mitch's clarifications. What good is that if you don't know what is the dinner plan? The list looks like enough for the day after perhaps fruit and cereal for breakfast and perhaps a salad. James Silverton. |

This week's meal plan
You're right, James, about the imcompleteness of the list. Let's wait for Mitch's clarifications. Sorry for trying to help. Obviously, these are dinners. Breakfast and lunch should be, as my engineering textbooks loved to say, "Obvious to all but the most casual observer." :-) I'm just trying to show people that you can eat real meals and lose weight CONSISTENTLY, and as a lifestyle as opposed to a short-term diet. But, if spoonfeeding (no pun) is needed: Breakfast, a dang banana. Or some Fat Free Yogurt. Or some gall darn cereal. Along with a giant handful of your supplements, of course. I have to force myself to eat breakfast before my workout. I'm just not hungry in the morning. Lunch: Healthy Choice soup. Lean Cuisine/ South Beach/ Lean Pocket frozen meal. I usually have soup, salad, and a frozen entree. I like to get full. 2pm: Orange juice with psyllium husk (affectionately named Colon Blow) and some fruit. I didn't mention breakfast/lunch because usually it's the evening meals that are boring or unfulfilling. Nobody should have to go to bed feeling hungry or deprived. These are hearty meals, and guilt-free. |
