Default Meal Plan Help

My wife and I are fairly new to Atkins and there is one thing that we've
not found in the book OR on the web site: a meal plan.

Specifically a kind of guide that gives recommended daily numbers for:

carbs
fat
protien
dietary fiber

and that addresses inconsistencys in the book.

for example early on the book and web site both make it clear that you
can
have all the protiens you want... "eat untill you are satisfied" it
says...
then later on both caution not to eat too much protiens... and yet in no
case is there given any objective way to know how much is too much other
than trial and error. and even then there doesn't seem to be any sure
way
to know if you've gone over the daily limit on something.

thanks

What he said was that you can eat all you want (which turns out not to be
true for many people), but that high protein intake = high carb intake
(i.e., protein can be converted to glucose). He recommends more fat
intake. So, people who try a low fat, low carb approach might be in for
trouble in the losing weight sense (and probably the satiety sense, too).
I would say fat is about 60-70 % by calories, carbs about 10-20% and
protein 20-30% (yes, I know the numbers look wacky).
