Meal Plan Help

He recommends more fat intake. So, people who try a low fat, low carb approach might be in for trouble in the losing weight sense (and probably the satiety sense, too). I would say fat is about 60-70 % by calories, carbs about 10-20% and protein 20-30% (yes, I know the numbers look wacky). -- Bob M in CT Remove 'x.' to reply |
