Induction - ? about carbs per cup of salad veggies

Does anyone know the estimated number of carbs that are in say a mixed 1 CUP
size of the allowed salad veggies for induction? I'm talking about these
veggies: lettuce, cucumber, celery, radishes and green peppers (those are
the only veggies I eat from the induction list, I don't like the other ones
lol).

I called the Atkins Center maybe a few months ago and one of the reps either
told me it was 3 or 6 grams per cup but I can't remember.

I am 5'8" and 300lbs and I'm getting ready to start induction, (lots of my
coaster friends/enemies recommended that I give it a shot!)

Depends on the proportions in the mix, carbs for one cup below:
lettuce 1 less 1 fiber, net 0
cucumber 3 less l fiber, net 2
celery 4 less 2 fiber, net 2
radishes 4 less 2 fiber, net 2
green peppers 10 less 3 fiber, net 7

Iceberg or romaine is 2g per cup shredded, with 1g fiber, per USDA
