Default Medifast ~ Any Luck?

Just curious to see if you had any luck. I googled groups, but only found
entries dating back quite a few years.

I'm in my mid 40's (well, close to it), have a 2 year old who breastfeeds to
sleep only, weigh 165 - 170 and stand 5' 3".

My goal is to lose between 40 and 50 pounds.

I was going to try Medifast for 5 weeks to jumpstart the weightloss.

I don't eat landanimals. I DID lose 20 lbs on low carb prior to my
pregnancy but just can't seem to get motivated to do it again.

Any experiences??

~Carol Ann

Not with Medifast but I did do HMR. I only recommend it in some
circumstances, not all. I think maintenance is much more difficult for
liquid dieting or meal replacements if you don't plan on using them
basically forever, but if you have a BMI over 40 (you don't) it's a good
option to get started.

If you need something structured, I'd recommend Weight Watchers. It uses
real food and teaches you how to eat for life.

Good idea. There's lots of different experience in this group and plenty of
useful information.
