I eat them and have no problems with sugar alcohols....don't do like others
and assume you will have problems and tell everyone else they will too. "Don't eat them if you expect not to have easy access to a toilet for some time" That my be true for Debbie but not for the majority. Try them for yourself and make up your own mind on your own experiences. Actually, I found most of the people complaining of "problems" are eating very large amounts of candy with it.
