Firming
Mognfox wrote:
Hello, Gang! New to the newsgroup. Am just finishing up my 55th week on WW. Have lost over 116 pounds. All along I have been doing cardio and toning workouts, which have helped immensely, but I do still have issues with loose skin, especially on the stomach, inner thighs and upper arms. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions that would help to get rid of it (or at least firm it up a bit)...preferably not involving surgery? I'm less than 10 lbs from my goal so it's not really a matter of losing too much more flab. Thanks in advance Kathleen Time, exercsie, and massaging body lotion in night and morning! It HELPS, it doesn't cure, and it takes about 2 years for the skin to shrink from that big a loss - if you are young and don't have dry skin. The older and/or dryer the skin, the longer it takes to reduce. Be patient. You have done really well so far. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
