Default hot wing recipe please!!!!

Are they called buffalo wings, hot wings, etc????
Anyway, I tried a recipe I got offline somewhere where you fry the
wings and then whip up a sauce of Tabasco and other stuff, pour it on
the pan of wings and bake. The taste was ok but it seemed more of the
sauce stayed in the pan instead of on the wings. Does anyone have a
good recipe where the spicy flavor actually sticks to the wings
instead of the bottom of the baking pan? I can eat these all day if I
can find the right recipe. I haven't tried the one in the Atkins
recipe book yet. Also, I keep hearing about heroin wings or
something. Anyone know about these?
Thanks so much!!!!!
