I ride in automobiles every single day, too. Sometimes for frivolous
reasons. Which do you think causes the higher risk of death, using
ephedrine or riding in a car?

I go swimming in the ocean on the gulf coast of Florida. A man was
attacked by a shark there last year. Which do you think causes the

higher
risk of death, using ephedrine or swimming in the ocean?

I exercise at an intense level - often around 90% of my maximum heart
rate. Which do you think causes the higher risk of sudden death,
exercising or using ephedrine?

I used to use birth control pills and my grandmother had breast
cancer. Which do you think causes the higher risk of eventual death,

the
birth control pills or the ephedrine?

People don't pay attention to warnings, or even common sense.

People have a very, very distorted view of relative risks and that

makes
it very difficult to do an intelligent risk/benefit analysis.

Please, protect yourself and just flush the damned things.

Do you wear a seat belt each and every time you get in a car? Are at
below 23% body fat? Do you exercise at least half an hour three times

a
week? If the answer is "no" to any of those questions then you are at

a
VASTLY higher risk for sudden death because of your actions than if

you
take ephedra.

Riding in a car, but if I'm losing weight without taking ephedra, why would
I increase the odds of something happening by taking it?

Ephedra, definitely. But if I'm losing weight without taking ephedra, why
would I increase the odds of something happening by taking it?

Again, I ask: if I'm losing weight without taking ephedra, why would I
increase the odds of something happening by taking it?

Ephedra made my heart race and palpitate, and I took half the recommended
dose. What rational basis is there for my taking ephedra when it affects
me like this? Why should I take it if I'm losing weight at a rate I think
is reasonable?

I have to drive; I don't have to take ephedra.

You almost reposted my note, lol. My Dr knows I use it.. he wasn't extremely
happy about it, but as long as I let him keep an eye on my blood pressure
and he takes a good listen to my heart once a month.. I had been off it for
awhile as I ran out and then suddenly noticed I couldn't get it anymore.. My
Netrition order came yesterday... along with two big bottles of it.. it's
still available online at least. I feel back on track now. It's just one of
those things that is going to get stupid people in trouble.. then they want
to blame it all on someone else.. I have noticed all the scum bag lawyers
coming up from the bottom of the ponds lately too.. several ads in the
newspapers already trying to get class action lawsuits lined up about it..
sheeeesh.. These kinds of people are why we have lables on hair dryer cords
telling us all not to use it in the shower. Whatever happened to COMMON
SENSE???

I've been using Ephedra for over a year now. My doctor even knows about

it.
He said if the dosages are followed, there shouldn't be anything in there

to
make it dangerous for me since I don't have anything physically wrong with
me. It's the ones that misuse it, that it can be dangerous.
