I did pretty good today, I think!

Breakfast: 1 egg on whole wheat bread w/ teaspoon of mayo. fruit
juice 200 cal.

Lunch: chips and salsa little bit of beans and rice. water
guessing 500 cal.

Dinner: steamed shrimp, asparagus, and boiled okra- no margarine!
green tea guessing 500 cal.

Total: 1200

Work out:

Intense Cardio for 60 mins. burned 700 calories

What are you using for calorie data for your food? It seems like
you'd have to eat an awful lot of steamed shrimp and boiled veggies to
get up to 500 calories! If you're going to count calories, you should
do more than guess. Check out www.calorieking.com -- an easy way to
look up food calories.
