Food & Work-out Log 8/19/07
I did pretty good today, I think!
Breakfast: 1 egg on whole wheat bread w/ teaspoon of mayo. fruit juice 200 cal. Lunch: chips and salsa little bit of beans and rice. water guessing 500 cal. Dinner: steamed shrimp, asparagus, and boiled okra- no margarine! green tea guessing 500 cal. Total: 1200 Work out: Intense Cardio for 60 mins. burned 700 calories |

It seems like you'd have to eat an awful lot of steamed shrimp and boiled veggies to get up to 500 calories! If you're going to count calories, you should do more than guess.
