Maybe by the time I'm 50, I'll be lifting enough to compete. You are really quite harsh on yourself! To win you'll have to be the number one, but you can still be good even if you're not number one. Plus there are always the error terms / whatever you maths teacher call them (y minus y hat). You mean I might get lucky. Hey, that's right. Still you have to keep on increasing your y - which is basically the JC way - so when the big positive e comes along you'll ride the wave to victory! With all the e and y people might think that we're talking about drugs! :-) |

JC,
The BMI of 26 is not always fat. You have to consider the bone density, muscle mass..etc. My husband is VERY buff and has a BMI of nearly 26. Infact, if we go to those websites that calculate BMI, they tell him he is over weight. LOL... he is NOT overweight. He is 5feet 9inches and weighs 170. However, he is very muscular. He has a six pack stomach and his chest and biceps are huge. You look as a though you have a lot of muscle yourself. Jraney |

JC, Just Curious, just how much hard work it was, in terms of minutes per day spent training (time spent driving to and from gyms does not count). I have a garage gym, so there's no driving involved. Hard work is a relative thing. Is it hard to get up every morning and put in an hour or so with the weights and pushups? Not so hard if you enjoy it. Is it hard to have consistent dietary discipline? For me it's not easy, but obviously it can be done. (less than an hour, six days per week, rarely miss a day) Also, wanted to say that you look like Jesus Christ in one of the pictures, as he is pictured on religious icons. Heh. |
