You have to remember that I started out as a long-distance runner, where at this type of bodyfat% I was at a BMI of about 20. I've already put on close to 40 pounds of muscle and I'm not sure how much more I can get, especially at age 43. I can certainly get bigger, but a lot of fat comes with it. But I'm going to try a different type of bulking cycle this time, so we'll see what happens. |
