Default Cabbage Soup Diet

The cabbage soup diet basically limits you to foods with negative
calories. You are allowed to have as much cabbage soup and water as
you like, but are strictly limited outside of those two things. The
idea is that you must force yourself to burn more calories than you
take in, and this is a drastic way to do that. Note that this is only
a week-long diet, and is not to be continued for an extended period
of time. You can see more about the regimen at the
cabbage soup
diet overview.
