Default Fats around weights question

ok, wondering how the concept of fats in a pre-work out meal stands.
is it a bad idea to have a P & F an hour before a work out
instead of a P & C?

i know that fat immediately after lifting is bad, but what about an
hour or two after lifting?

fats in talking about here include:

flax
nuts
avocado
olive oil

etc
