is this the same at Atkins? I still do carbs, but try to stick to the basics. o eat whole grain breads only.

The only way to diet is reduce your food and do exercise daily in the morning.

sorry Friend, I don't know about its name. But there are Different Different people follow different different diet plan as per their body. So, I suggest you if you want to follow diet plan then Take suggestion of Diet consultant because they give proper and useful diet plan as per your body. |
