No one voluntarily wants to be fat or unhealthy. They have all tried
but its likely their efforts cause more distress than helped and had
to be abandoned. Wait till you have a long term health disability
like old age and one day you will certainly get there. Then you will
learn to me more tolerant of others or you will really loathe
yourself.

I am currently in pretty good shape and health. But for decades I had
undiagnosed chronic fatigue syndrome due to unsuspected food
intolerance. The frustrations and pain suffered when there were no
obvious causes or clinically testable symptoms were devastating. One
thing I learnt is to listen to other's problems. I can't help but I
am not judgemental either. Why should someone else's misfortune anger
you, especially someone you have never met.


that is good, basic common sense. but it's politically correct these
days to blame victims and to cheer-on abusers, con-artists, and the
like.
