Food List for a Run Around Day
Meal #1 - 7 layer burrito (fresco style) at Taco Bell
Meal #2 - Tuna Salad Sandwich, assorted small fruit dish, and 2 banana's, all from the 7-11 store. Not a perfect nutritional day, but not bad. I know from experience that the calorie's are in my OK range. I'm not a big fan of tuna for taste, but tuna SALAD, I like just fine. It would be much better if they could get rid of all the mercury in the tuna, but that's true of most or all of the fish in the upper part of the marine food chain. I usually eat a tuna salad sandwich twice each week. How was your diet, today? |
