Default good low impact tapes?

Thank you, everybody for responding to my last post. New question now:
what are some good "dance" type of workout tapes? I have a sweating to
the oldies tape that I like, but only the one tape. I'd like to get
some more, but to be honest, I'm really knew to working out like this.
I used to just bike it all over the place, but I tried that, and I
need to get into better shape before I do it again. 4 blocks, and I'd
had enough!
Someone asked for my stats, so here it goes. I'm 5'4" tall, and 197
lbs. Small boned, whatever that means. I was 129 lbs. most of my adult
life, right up until I had my 4 kids. I don't gain unless I get
pregnant (not doing that again!) which is a good thing, but I also
don't lose easily, which is not such a good thing. When I'm not
dieting I stay within 5 lbs. of my weight. I'm on Atkins induction,
and staying there until I hit 160 lbs. then I'll go to the on-going
phase, etc. I drink 64 oz. of water a day, or more. If I'm going to
cheat, I plan for it at least 3 days before hand. I keep LC snacks
handy at all times, and keep a daily diary of everything I eat. I
measure myself weekly, and I'm very impressed with my progress so far.
I'm on my 21st day of my diet. I have only taken one day off, for my
birthday party yesterday, and even then I kept it to a dull roar.
I think that covers it. I have no disabilities or illnesses, thank
heaven. I'm actually in very good health. Why did I start my diet?
Simple: I let someone take my picture, then looked at it! Have you
ever looked at a picture and thought to yourself "that's not me"? I
just don't look like the internal image I have of myself, and that
really threw me. I just turned 32 today, and my sister called me. She
asked me if I was depressed. Lord, what a quetion! So, I thought about
it, and I have to say: No, I'm not. Not even a little. I know I can do
this, guys. I have my goals set up, my rewards planned, and a great
group to turn to for advice and support.
This is already too long, so I'll leave my rewards list until later,
if any one wants to hear it. Please, let me know about those tapes,
I'm ready to use them!

Leslie Sansone's walk aerobics tapes are low impact. i'm not sure about
any of the others. the website that i posted for collage video should
have good descriptions of the tapes - even if you don't buy from them,
they are a good research resource.

You'd be amazed how fast that'll change. The nice thing about biking is
that you can coast as much as you like. You'll find yourself coasting less
and less. If you ride 4 blocks one day, you'll ride twice that the next
time, easily.

That sweatin' tape is Richard Simmons, right? I wish I could stand him.

I do, too, and I really like the way the inches go down. Even if I'm
stalled, the inches are still going down. And really, who cares what the
scales say, when you can fit into pants you haven't been able to wear for a
while?

Happy birthday!

Gawd, yes. Sometimes I catch myself in the mirror and think, jeez, she's
so fat!
