I can't say for certain, but it appears something must have changed. The WW
site has a notice about old tools. Maybe someone who is more knowledgeable
can explain the change.

Go to a meeting, or join online and you'll get all caught up and up to date!

There seem to be quite a few ppl at my meeting who are very upset at the
changes. It doesn't matter to me one way or another. Both have worked for
me.
Sometimes I think ppl don't want changes, even if the changes are good, they
just don't like change.

That happens every time...

People will come around, eventually. I have members who are still doing the
exchange program..

Default Is there a new program?

I joined WW 32 years ago and am pleased to see changes annually. It
means that nutrition data is being studied and the program is tweaked
accordingly. With Core it shows that lifestyle is also being addressed.
We are no longer on the same "diet."I'm reading You On a Diet and there
are just some things Dr. Oz believes that I am not willing to do every
day such as having the same lunch.

I have really liked the "you on a diet" book, it has helped me understand a
few things that I just wasn't getting before.
I have been having the same breakfast every day for going on 3 wks. I"m
still happy w/ it. BUT, I'm a person that never eats breakfast ... so
knowing what I'm having, when I'm having it, and how much time it takes to
make has been a huge help. I couldn't do it for other meals however.

I have not read his book but I have seen him on Oprah a few times. I do
agree with his "have the same thing" philosphy only because it makes my
choices limited. It's when I start experimenting, especially for lunch or
breakfast, that I eat over my points for the day.

I have 3 basic breakfasts: cold cereal, ww smoothie or oatmeal. Always with
1 dairy & 1 fruit serving. Lunches generally are leftovers, soup or large
salad with chicken/beef plus 1/2c yogurt for dessert. Other options include
boca burger on a potato roll. Keeps things simple.
