Oh, and there's google, too.

Perhaps it would be helpful if the FAQ was posted 3-4 times per day.
There is such a high volume of traffic in this group - when I first
started here, I had a helluva time finding a post with the link. I asked
for it, and was told it was posted once a day. It was still hard to
find, given the volume.

Of course, one can google the group for the FAQ posts as well. But not
everyone knows how to google a group.

Maybe if someone notices it hasn't been posted in the last few hours,
they could do it. Just a thought.

Regards,

Deb

Maybe everybody ought to put the link to the faq in their
tagline on every post. Nah, many still wouldn't read it.

when did you ever hear of any god giving a straight answer to anything?

True enough, but how many of us take the thoughtful time to give a really
straight question, either ... rather than just a shopping list of wants and
desires?

Well, this is about as off thread as i could get ...... sorry group .....
have a good one;

Atkins Fat Fast
http://atkinscenter.com/Archive/2001/12/21-237659.html

I did this about 2 months ago and highly recommend it for someone who
is either gaining again or in a very long stall.
It is extremely tough but very rewarding. I lost 7 pounds in the
first 10 days and have maintained that loss since. ( I am at goal
weight, however, after over a year on Atkins).
