Low Carbs good recipes
If your getting a little bored with your menu, try the George Stella's
Living Low Carb cookbook it is great. I've been on low carbs for 3 months now and have lost 30 pounds.I wore a size 26 now I wear a 22. Still on the path. My aim is a size 14 about 150 lbs.It was not easy in the beginning and in the middle some days were ruff. But it is focus and alot of research on your part to make it work. MY FOCUS IS I WANT TO LIVE!!Once you read this book and the 500 recipes book, you won't run from the kitchen but too it. This is not a quick fix it is a life style. It really is. Oh, keep a journal for your self, everything you eat, drink and how you feel during the day(Good or Bad). This way when times are rough or cheerful you can look back to where you came from and know you can do this. Remember it is about learning to make food work for YOU!!!!!! -- Message posted via http://www.weightadviser.com |

Nice to see some one writing in. I am making dinner as I write. Tonight the
menu is 1/2 chicken glazed with ceaser dressing about 3 carbs, baked egg plant and zucchini. Diet snapples are my favorite, and water of course. For the finish I will have sugar free jello and whipped cream. Once you learn what to do, the kitchen is your best friend. I am having fun cooking, losing weight, and making new friends on this chat. Don't forget the late night binge, I have a few peanuts with lots of water or the famous sun flower seeds (not to many of course the salt, or just get the saltless ones). Also a good hot cup of your favorite tea with splenda or equal (half and Half or lemon juice) will help. -- Message posted via http://www.weightadviser.com |

Message posted via http://www.weightadviser.com Since you are posting from this weight advisor site, you seem to be unaware that you are actually posting to a Usenet newsgroup, not a 'chat' and not a 'board.' However, weight advisor only gives you access to a few of the threads in the newsgroup, apparently voted on by its users. Another way to access this group is to use a newsreader and a news server and click on news:alt.support.diet.low-carb another way is to use google groups. Weight adviser (and google groups) exist only to serve up advertising to it's users. -- No Husband Has Ever Been Shot While Doing The Dishes |

I used the wrong term chat. I still like the fact that I can read
information from others that can help and encourage me as I hope visa versa. Either way this site is very helpful especially in the weak moments. Thanks for the correction -- Message posted via http://www.weightadviser.com |
