Need to lurk for a while
I'm really struggling with my depression at the moment which is making
it hard to stay on track. I think I'm going to take things day by day now and try to maintain for a while rather than actively trying to lose weight. I'm also short on time for reading and responding so until I can get myself sorted I think I'm going to just lurk for a while. I'll probably post occasionally and I will be back. Amberle, could you please remove me from the challenges. I think they're providing more stress than motivation at the moment. Thank you so much for running them.
