Default Need to lurk for a while

I'm really struggling with my depression at the moment which is making
it hard to stay on track. I think I'm going to take things day by day
now and try to maintain for a while rather than actively trying to
lose weight. I'm also short on time for reading and responding so
until I can get myself sorted I think I'm going to just lurk for a
while. I'll probably post occasionally and I will be back.

Amberle, could you please remove me from the challenges. I think
they're providing more stress than motivation at the moment. Thank you
so much for running them. When I've got myself sorted I'd love to join
another one later in the year :-)

Best of luck to everyone and anyone who wants to email me, I'd love to
hear from you.

Hey Erin,

No problem, I'll adjust the website when I update it next. Make sure to
take care of yourself, and remember there's a bunch of people around the
world that care about you.

Erin:

I really know what depression is like. Noone knows what it's like behind
the mask. Please take care of yourself and see a doctor.
